I’ve been going to LO SPA South Loop for about two years, and I absolutely love it. Every visit comes with great service, and the location is always clean. I also enjoy that they play movies while you’re getting your nails done, it really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some “me time,” and it’s very affordable compared to other spots in Chicago.

I've been coming here for years now- excellent service! Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Great quality manicures and pedicures (I just get the basics, nothing fancy. But I do love their spa pedicure!) in a clean peaceful environment. There's always something good on the TV too.
